ORIONIS Return & Exchange Policy

At ORIONIS, we take great pride in offering high-quality mobile accessories and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that some products may not meet your expectations. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 7-day return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You can return products purchased from ORIONIS within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Returns beyond the 7-day window will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

  1. Unopened and Unused – The product must be in its original condition, including packaging, tags, and accessories.
  2. No Visible Damage – Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
  3. Complete Packaging – The return must include all original packaging, brand tags, MRP tags, warranty cards, and accessories (e.g., cables, manuals).

Mandatory Return Documentation

To initiate a return, you must provide the following:

1. Opening Video (Required at the Time of Unboxing)

  • A clear, unedited video showing the product being unboxed is mandatory.
  • The video must clearly display:
    • Brand Name, Font, and Style visible on the product and packaging.
    • MRP Tag clearly shown.
    • Front, back, and side views of the product.
    • Any defects or damages, if applicable.
    • All included accessories (charging cables, manuals, etc.).

2. Product Images

  • High-quality images of:
    • Front, back, and side views of the product.
    • Close-ups of serial numbers, MRP tags, and other identifiers.
    • Any damages or defects (if applicable).
  • Ensure images are taken in a well-lit environment for clarity.

Please email the video and images to support@orionisindia.com within 7 days of receiving your product.


Return Process

1. Initiating a Return

Send an email to support@orionisindia.com or WhatsApp us at +91-9971102575, including:

  • Order ID
  • Product Name
  • Reason for Return
  • Attached video and product images

2. Return Authorization

  • Our team will review your request.
  • If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return shipping instructions.

3. Shipping the Return

  • After receiving the Return Authorization, carefully package the product and ship it back following the instructions provided.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • Use a trackable shipping service and retain the receipt & tracking number.

4. Inspection & Processing

  • Once received, the product will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions (unused, unopened, undamaged).
  • If approved, we will issue a refund or replacement based on your request and stock availability.

Refund & Replacement Process

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product.

Replacement Process

  • If you request a replacement and the product is in stock, we will send a new item once the return is processed.
  • If the product is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons, including:

  • Opened, used, or damaged products.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Products missing tags, packaging, or accessories.
  • Earbuds, headphones, or personal hygiene products (once opened).

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you wish to exchange an item, you must return it and place a new order separately.
  • Approved returns will be refunded, which can be used for future purchases.

Refunds

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another agreed method.

Refund Timeline

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the return is approved.
